Hi, I’m Ritish Sharma (Licensee), proud father of two wonderful daughters and the founder of Baby’s Day Out Family Childcare. With over 12 years of experience in the hospitality industry, I’ve built a strong foundation in customer care, communication, and client satisfaction—skills I now bring into nurturing and supporting young children.

I also bring hands-on experience as a Community Support Worker, working closely with individuals facing various health conditions. This background allows me to understand and support children's emotional, physical, and developmental needs with empathy and attentiveness. I hold both First Aid Level 1 and Level 2 certifications, ensuring your child's safety is always a top priority.

Our vision at Baby’s Day Out is to offer reliable, high-quality licensed childcare that gives parents peace of mind while they work—knowing their children are cared for in a safe, nurturing, and developmentally focused environment.

We place a strong focus on communication development, with particular support for neurodivergent children—especially those experiencing challenges with speech and language. In today’s world, communication delays are becoming more common, and we are dedicated to nurturing early language skills through play-based learning, meaningful conversation, and positive reinforcement.
